Dr. Kirsten Grant is a researcher, speaker, consultant, author, educator, and founder of Phoenix Six, LLC. Her passion is helping women that struggle with food addiction and food addiction symptoms (overeating, food bingeing, food cravings, anxiety, and withdrawal). Ultimately, she helps women to reach their highest potential and lose weight by reprogramming the brain. Using her Phoenix Six Method, she helps women by immersing herself in their lives to uncover the blocks and fears that prevent women from making healthier food choices with transformative health coaching & consulting.
She educates women and delivers the information in an easy-to-understand, approachable, and fun format in her online classes, live webinars, mentoring, and one-on-one coaching sessions. She also offers a variety of workshops on various topics such as:

She will be speaking and discussing her innovative research discovery that has impacted the world of food addiction, psychology, obesity, & weight loss and at the MPA (Midwestern Psychological Association) April 23 – 25th in Chicago, IL and the 6th International Conference on Obesity & Chronic Diseases July 6th – 8th in San Francisco, CA.
She has been featured on television: ABC, NBC, and WGN.
Dr Kirsten Grant earned her PhD in Health Psychology from Walden University and will complete her second Doctorate degree in Clinical Holistic Nutrition from Kingdom College of Natural Health in 2020. She holds two Masters degrees. The first Masters degree is in Health Psychology from Walden University and the second Masters degree is in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from University of Illinois at Chicago.
She continues her dedication to unlocking the mind to help many people reprogram their brain so that they can reach their life goals. She will complete certifications as a hypnotherapist, NLP (neurolinguistic programming) practitioner, EFT (emotional freedom technique and tapping) practitioner and yoga teacher. She is also a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a certified weight loss, health, and life coach. Finally, she is a member of Psi Chi Psychology Honors Society, Delta Mu Delta Human Resource Management Honors Society, and Sigma Alpha Pi National Leadership Society.
